For some people the shame of having adverse credit may lead them to think there is no possible way out of the debt trap they have got themselves into. But help is at hand through the use of debt consolidation. This is where you bundle up all your debts from your various creditors and pay it back to one single creditor each month.

If you have large debts and want to pay through a formalised agreement take out an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA). Each of these products can help you manage debt. However it is very important to get out of spending more then you can afford otherwise these options are just temporary respites between plunging back into debt.
